Shipping Policy
Local Shipping — Pakistan
We deliver across Pakistan.
- Standard Products: Delivered within 3–5 working days.
- Special / Custom Orders: May take up to 10 working days.
- Custom Production: Takes approximately one week before dispatch.
International Shipping
Hortica Planters serves customers worldwide.
- Arrangements and charges quoted separately.
- Based on destination, weight, dimensions, and method.
- Details provided to international buyers before order confirmation.
Return & Refund Policy
Standard Product Returns
Standard products may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, subject to strict conditions:
- Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Not modified, altered, or installed after delivery.
- Subject to inspection and approval by Hortica Planters.
- Customer pays return shipping for standard-product returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Includes custom size, color, shape, design, or finish.
- Cannot be returned due to change of mind or preference.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us on the same day or by the next day after delivery.
Required Proof
Provide clear photos of product & packaging, video if possible, order details, and issue description.
Our Resolution
Our team reviews details to offer a replacement, repair, refund, or appropriate solution.
Shipping Coverage
If approved for damage/error, Hortica Planters covers the delivery cost for sending the replacement.
Refunds & Important Guidelines
Approved refunds are generally processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or a mutually agreed channel.
Note on Handcrafted Items: Because products are handcrafted using materials like fiber and resin, minor texture or finish variations are natural and not considered defects.
